On June 2nd, CHN Energy successfully launched its XK7342 ore container train, marking the official opening of a seamless single-container logistics channel from Tianjin Port to the core areas of the Hexi Corridor in Gansu Province.

The train utilizes 35-ton open-top containers for the 3,600-kilometer journey. It travels via Shuohuang Railway and Baoshen Railway, transfers at Lingwu Land Port Station on Ningdong Railway, and proceeds to its final destination at Luotuoxiang Station in Lanzhou.

This inaugural run represents the first time CHN Energy's own containers have entered operation on the national Lanxin Railway line, establishing a cross-regional, long-distance closed-loop container transport model. Leveraging the seamless integration of CHN Energy's dedicated rail network with national trunk lines, the service boosts multimodal transport efficiency by matching return trips with coal and coke cargo moving out of Xinjiang.

To ensure the smooth launch, China Energy Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. coordinated with Baoshen Railway and Western Venture Industrial Co., Ltd. on preliminary research. Based on network and capacity characteristics, they developed tailored transport and cargo securing solutions meeting shipper requirements.
